Prolonged longevity thanks to linen. The positives characterstics of linen are well known: breathable, moisture-regulating and antibacterial. The linen woven in the Mühlviertel preserves the edibility of the baked goods, and the reliable bread bag also inhibits possible mold formation. The bag can be closed by means of a sewn-in linen cord.
