The raw linen "222" is a baker's cloth for supporting the development of bread dough. This special fabric is available with the with: 50 cm/raw 60 cm with a cut edge along the length. Our seamstresses also produce baker.-cloths with the standart.dimensions.of 50 x 140cm and 50 x 80 cm and a 1cm-seam.

Linen in the bakery

The dough cloth made of pure Mühlviertler linen is the perfect present for all bread baking fans! Even in large bakeries, our sustainably produced baker's cloth made of pure linen is used. The reliable, natural linen fiber of this shop cloth prevents the dough pieces from sticking and drying out during the fermentation period. Before use, dust the linen fabric with flour and fold the dough pieces. Then the dough pieces must be covered with the second half of the cloth.

Spin-drying programme

Select the lowest spin-drying programme (400-600 roundes per minute).

Wash with maximum of 60 ° C

We recommend 60°C washing temperature.

Do not use a optical whitener.

Please use a light-duty detergent. The detergent should not contain any optical whitener or bleach.

Use much water.

Use much water and fill up the washing mashine just with half volume.
